Me is an interactive CD Rom for people with intellectual or learning difficulties. It is designed to teach and simplify daily tasks such as how to shower, how to wipe your bottom, puberty changes, managing periods, relationships, and getting help if people are doing things to you that you don’t like.
Me uses the story-book method to teach life skills. Each topic has its own set of illustrations, some with animation, and all with narration. The illustrations are simple and clear, and where animation is used, only one action happens at a time. This reinforces the message.

Issues of personal safety are covered in depth within the Me CD Rom. Safety guidance is given in relationships, friends, seeking help, talking to someone you trust..
Take a look at the Gallery Pages for detailed examples of the Me CD Rom – there is nothing else like it in the world.
Me has been developed as an international resource with two versions available to accommodate subtle differences in language. For example: The word “toilet” is used in the UK/Ireland/Australian/New Zealand version The word “bathroom” is used in the USA/Canada version
